IISc to launch undergraduate course from 2011
The Indian Institute of Science (IISc.) in Bangalore has announced its decision to open its portals to undergraduate students in 2011. The classes for the inaugural batch of 110 undergraduate students will begin on 1 August, 2011, according to a posting on its website. The four-year Bachelor of Science (BS) programme is designed as a balanced blend of core science and interdisciplinary topics, to serve as a launching pad for research and doctoral studies.
